We have literally hundreds of workouts waiting for you to access via the pretty-fit on demand library. Perfect for people who want to workout at home or when they can't get to the gym. The classes are categorised into 5 key genres to ensure everyones fitness needs are met;
- HIIT
-STRENGTH (including L1FT, Bodyconditioning, Glutes, Kettlebells)
-STRETCH (including fitness yoga, M1ND and FIT Stretch)

Each week there is a new live class timetable released, the recordings of which are then added to our extensive on demand library. This means once you become a Pretty-fit member, you quite literally have fitness at your finger tips!
We also have pay as you go options available, allowing you to purchase single class credits if you would like to try a class first!
On the Pretty Fit plan you will eat the foods our bodies evolved to function best on, and that make you feel – and look – fantastic. You will EAT MORE OFTEN – aiming for 5 protein based, nutrient dense meals and snacks per day. You will eat lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. These practices keep your blood-sugar levels stable and keep you satisfied. The best part is that if you need to lose weight it will happen almost without you having to try.
The Pretty fit plan is designed to help you make a permanent lifestyle change, it is not a diet! COACHING - Fully qualified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in helping 100s of people achieve their goals. Whether you are menopausal, a busy mum, have a demanding job or just don’t know where to start, we are here to help. We will coach you through both the physical and mental stages of habit change, laying out clear expectations whilst maintaining a friendly, empathetic approach.
WORKOUTS -Workout at home or at the gym following a structured training plan. From beginners to advanced we can offer bespoke programming to fit your goals and lifestyle. This can take the form of an online class, a gym workout or following a programme at home. Increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness, improve mobility, and promote optimum physical and mental health.
COMMUNITY - We have found that building a sense of community has a massive positive impact on helping clients achieve their goals. Sharing experiences with a group helps create a sense of belonging and accountability. You will be invited to join our online ProjectYOU community group to share your wins, struggles and life hacks, as well having daily/weekly wellbeing check ins with your PY Coach.
