PERSONAL TRAINING

Working with a personal trainer helps keep you accountable and increases your motivation. Many people lose motivation when working out on their own, reducing the frequency or intensity of their workouts. Finding a trainer who understands what keeps you motivated can ensure you don't lose your drive over weeks or months.

At Pretty Fit I offer 3 different ways to work with me as a Personal Trainer! Check them out below:

1:1 Coaching (In Person)
Group PT (In Person)
Online Coaching (Online)

1:1 Coaching (In Person)
This involves working exclusively with myself. I will design a workout programme for you to follow aligned to your goals and offer nutrition and lifestyle advice if required. Each training session lasts for approx. 60mins.

Group PT (In Person)
This involves working with up to a maximum of 5 other people in a group PT session (see full description and benefits below).

Online Coaching
This involves working out at home, and the training session is conducted over a zoom call.

PrettyFIT Small Group PT

Training with a personal trainer doesn't have to be costly...

The PrettyFIT Small Group PT Program.

Limited to a maximum of six (can be less) people in our private personal training studio.
Early morning, after the school run, and evening sessions available.
Everyone follows a specific training plan, using a mix of all the equipment in our studio.
Your personal trainer will be on hand the whole time to guide you through the plan and help when you need it.
Train with the same people each week.
Sessions are one hour long and work out at £15 per session, £90 per six week block.
