HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Use your bodyweight as the tool to develop speed, balance and agility. You'll build athletic fitness as you sweat through simple progressions that work for all fitness levels. You'll torch up to 500 calories in a 30 minute class. And you'll work hard enough to keep burning extra calories for up to a whole day after your workout!
